Building in Cape Canaveral poses some challenges with building height. It appears that with all the rockets going off into space, the building height for a house is limited to only 25 feet. Most communities have heights up to 40 feet. So that the client gets the volume ceilings and spaces for a two-story house they desired, we went with flat roofs as the solution.
